Layer: Endangered threatened species (ID: 13)

View In:   ArcGIS Online Map Viewer

Name: Endangered threatened species

Display Field: SNAME

Type: Feature Layer

Geometry Type: esriGeometryPolygon

Description: Mapped habitats based on observations of wildlife species that are Endangered, Threatened, or of Special Concern. This version of MDIFW's ETSC database has been simplified for "Beginning with Habitat" by showing only the most recent observation of the same species in the same habitat. This layer is updated daily. Most updates are additions of new observations. Less frequently, features/attributes are modified or deleted. Updates are more common during non-summer months (i.e., outside the field season). Static copies of this data set should not be kept for more than 1 year and ideally should be replaced monthly..
