Data originally digitized and attribute from mylar parcel maps in 2010 for the purpose of creating a set of digital parcel maps. Data is used for other purposes as well. The Parcel Data table is an extract from the city’s TRIO real estate assessment database and is updated nightly.
To provide a citywide digital tax parcel dataset. Property maps are a fundamental base for many municipal activities. Although GIS parcels data cannot replace detailed ground surveys, the data can assist municipal officials with functions such as accurate property tax assessment, planning and zoning. This dataset can be linked to the Assessors' TRIO Database to geographically display physical characteristics and property ownership information across the entire city.
