This feature layer delineates the boundaries of the Maine House districts and is the authoritative GIS data layer representing the extent of each district. These data are not a ground survey of precise boundaries; if there are questions about the location of an area of interest regarding the appropriate district, please contact the Maine Secretary of State's Office: https://www.maine.gov/sos/cec/elec/index.html. Disclaimer: This data layer represents the current status of the Maine reapportionment and redistricting process for the Maine House Districts, which means there are still pending changes under final review by the Maine Secretary of State’s Office and the Maine Legislature.
